note the precision of the language in the property deed : "said pew being known as Pew #1, formerly owned and occupied by the late Philip Levine of said Waterville, now deceased, being bound on the east by the ark containing the Tohra (sic); on the west by Pew #2, owned by the late Barnet Robins, now deceased"
