An exhibition of work created at the David Krut Print Workshop, Johannesburg. The exhibition is part of Carnegie Hall's Ubuntu festival, celebrating music and arts of South Africa which runs through October and November, 2014.
David Krut Projects will also present Johannesburg in Print, and exhibition in Carnegie Hall's, Zankel Hall:
Throughout the Ubuntu festival, also visit Zankel Hall to celebrate the expression of South Africa’s visual arts community through the medium of printmaking. The displayed works were created in the city of Johannesburg and highlight the vibrant David Krut Print Workshop, which has fostered a creative community of emerging and established artists in South Africa for more than a decade.
The exhibitions will include works by William Kentridge, Diane Victor, Stephen Hobbs, Senzo Shabangu, Vusi Khumalo and Sam Nhlengethwa.
